Five rounds for time of:

  • 65 pound Hang squat clean, 15 reps (w/ barbell)
  • 15 Push-ups

  1. Fitness instructor showed us with the barbell. Seemed a little dangerous having the bar flying up while trying to squat. I think dumbbells would be safer.
